The senior seminar on performance excellence centered on the key points of the performance excellence mode core values and how to guide into the performance excellence mode and the interpretation for them is carried out for the students, sharing the typical cases of successful international and national enterprises. The organization management, client service, and the teaching level of the teacher etc. of the series of the activities won consistent good reputation.

The union of UICC made a proposal to all the staff to donate for disaster areas suffering from drought and devote the love for the disaster victims. The proposal was supported by the leaders of the company and all the staff made active reaction to it and went to the donation place for donation in their spare time orderly, showing the selfless love for the compatriots suffering from drought. The donation was transferred to the Red Cross Branch of the Asian Games Village Subdistrict Office by the union.

In order to display the bright elegant demeanour of the female staff of UICC in working, UICC organized an competition for elegant demeanour with the theme of “beautifulness on posts” among the female staff, and 18 prize-winners in different age groups were chosen, fully displaying the untiring pursuit of beautifulness, elegancy, efforts and dedication and realization of self-worth by the female staff of UICC. With the assistance of Wuhan Association for Quality and the Enterprise Development Research Institute of UICC, Wuhan Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision invited Mr. Chen Yong, Vice President of Beijing Entrepreneur Confederation/Entrepreneur Association and president of the Enterprise Development Research Institute of UICC came to Wuhan on March 24 and held a special report with the title of “quality strategy and enterprise growth”. There are representatives from more than 160 enterprises and relevant government departments attending the report.
